• If amendments to an inbound transfer are requested, no fee will be applied. 

• Amendments to an outbound transfer must be requested no later than 24 hours before the transfer service. Amendments requested after this deadline will incur a penalty fee of £22. 

 • Cancellation requests will only be processed during working office hours and must be with-in 24 hours before the transfer service. Amendments after this deadline will incur the full amount of £22 per person. 

• Requests to cancel an airport transfer 24 hours before the day before travel will not incur a penalty fee. 

• “No-shows” on the day of the airport transfer service will incur a full fee of £22. 

• If passengers are booked on the transport service but decide to travel by another means, a full penalty of £22 will apply.
